1. Introduction

This Client Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs all services provided by Thesis Helpline™ to clients (“you”, “your”). By accessing our website, placing an order, or engaging our team for academic or research support, you agree to the terms outlined herein.

This document complements our Privacy & Data Protection Policy, Refund Policy, and Ethical Use & Disclaimer Policy.

2. Scope of Services

Thesis Helpline™ offers academic, research, and publication support including—

  • Editing, formatting, and data analysis services.
  • Presentation and poster design for academic conferences.
  • Publication assistance and manuscript guidance.
  • Consultation for research methodology, IRB protocol design, and statistical modeling.
All services are strictly academic in nature and do not involve writing or altering research data in ways that compromise ethical integrity.

3. Client Engagement & Communication

All project communications occur through official Thesis Helpline™ channels — including email, WhatsApp Business, and the SuiteDash client portal. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your contact information.

We encourage written communication for all scope changes, clarifications, and approvals to maintain verifiable project records.

4. Payments & Billing

  • Payments are securely processed through WooCommerce integrations — using Stripe, Razorpay, and other authorized gateways.
  • Pricing is displayed in INR or USD based on regional currency detection. Taxes are applied as per jurisdiction.
  • Invoices are generated automatically upon payment confirmation and accessible in your client dashboard.

We do not store card or payment credentials. All payment data is handled by PCI-DSS-compliant providers.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We adhere to strict confidentiality standards for all project files and communications. Client data is encrypted, access-restricted, and governed under the principles of GDPR and DPDP Act 2023.

  • Data is used only for service delivery and communication.
  • All client files are stored securely and deleted upon project completion after the standard retention period.
  • We do not share data with third parties without explicit consent, except where legally required.

6. Project Delivery & Revisions

  • Turnaround time is mutually agreed upon before project initiation.
  • Minor revisions are included as part of each service package within the stated delivery window.
  • Major scope changes may attract additional charges, communicated in advance.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund requests are governed by our Refund, Cancellation & Replacement Policy. In general:

  • 100% refund if cancellation occurs before project initiation.
  • Partial refunds may apply for in-progress projects, depending on completion stage.
  • No refunds are provided for fully delivered or approved projects.

8. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate project requirements, timelines, and contact information.
  • Ensure that materials shared are free from copyright violations or unethical content.
  • Use our deliverables responsibly and in compliance with institutional or publisher guidelines.

9. Limitations of Liability

Thesis Helpline™ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. Our total liability shall not exceed the service fee paid by the client for the specific project in question.

10. Legal Compliance

All engagements adhere to applicable laws including the Information Technology Act (India), GDPR, DPDP Act 2023, and international standards on academic ethics and data governance.

11. Updates to This Agreement

We may revise this Agreement periodically to reflect service, operational, or legal updates. The latest version will always be posted on this page, with the date of effect indicated above.
