1. Introduction
This Delivery & Submission Policy (“Policy”) outlines how Thesis Helpline™ manages
the preparation, delivery, and submission of all academic, research, analytical, and editorial outputs requested
by clients (“you,” “your”). By using our website, placing an order, or engaging any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to the processes, timelines, and responsibilities described in this Policy.
This Policy operates in conjunction with our Privacy & Data Protection Policy, Refund Policy, and Ethical Use & Disclaimer Policy, all of which together ensure transparent, ethical, and secure service delivery.
2. Mode of Delivery
All services offered by Thesis Helpline™—including documents, analyses, presentations,
reports, and communication—are delivered entirely in digital format. No physical products are
shipped. Deliverables are shared through secure online platforms, your client account dashboard, or your registered email address.
3. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines for digital files, drafts, and project milestones are set during the order confirmation stage.
These timelines depend on the project’s scope, complexity, required inputs, and responsiveness from the client. Any adjustments or delays (from either side) will be communicated promptly.
4. No Physical Shipping
As all services are digital, no shipping charges, courier services, tracking numbers, or postal deliveries
apply. All communication and file transfers occur electronically using secure and encrypted channels.
5. Delivery Confirmation
A service or milestone is considered delivered once the final files, drafts, or outputs have been sent to the client’s registered email address and/or uploaded to the client dashboard. A confirmation message will be issued to notify you of successful delivery.
6. Updates to This Policy
We may update or modify this Delivery & Submission Policy from time to time to reflect changes in
our services, operational practices, or legal requirements. The most recent version will always be available on this page, and the “Last Updated” date at the top of the document will indicate when the changes take effect.
