INTERNSHIP PROGRAM Where Future Researchers Begin

Thesis Helpline™ Internship Program

Learn Scientific Writing, Analysis & Publishing With Real Projects

The Thesis Helpline™ Internship Program is designed for students and early-career professionals who want hands-on experience in scientific writing, data analysis, publication support, editorial workflows, and research communication.

As part of one of the first academic e-stores dedicated to thesis, dissertation, and research support, you will work alongside clinician-scientists, biostatisticians, editors, and designers who actively publish, review, and contribute to global research.

Why Intern at Thesis Helpline™?

  • Real-world projects, not dummy assignments: Contribute to ongoing theses, manuscripts, systematic reviews, registries, and analytic projects under close supervision.
  • Mentorship from research-active professionals: Learn directly from faculty-level clinician-scientists, PhD researchers, and experienced editors with PubMed-indexed publications and multi-center trial experience.
  • Exposure across the research pipeline: See how ideas evolve into protocols, analyses, manuscripts, and publications.
  • Remote-first & flexible: Most internships are remote and designed to fit around academic schedules, exams, and clinical duties.
  • Ethics-first training: Understand authorship, plagiarism, data privacy, and good clinical/research practices from day one.
  • Structured learning + deliverables: Clear goals, skill checklists, and feedback so you can confidently showcase your experience on your CV.

Internship Opportunities Across Our Divisions

Interns can be placed in one primary division with the option to collaborate across teams depending on interest and performance. Currently, Thesis Helpline™ offers internship roles across the following five divisions:

2. Biostatistics & Data Analytics Division

For interns who wish to learn statistical analysis, coding, and interpretation.

  • Clinical Biostatistics Team: Works with regression models, survival analysis, and core inferential statistics for theses and manuscripts.
  • Data Management & Cleaning Team: Handles dataset creation, cleaning, coding, and documentation (e.g., codebooks, do-files).
  • Advanced Analytics & Modeling Team: Explores propensity scores, prediction models, and other advanced methods under supervision.

What You Will Learn as an Intern

  • How to read and critique scientific literature with a structured, method-focused approach.
  • How research questions are translated into protocols, analysis plans, and publishable manuscripts.
  • Basics of biostatistics and how to interpret outputs in the context of real datasets.
  • How to format manuscripts according to journal standards and reporting guidelines.
  • Practical skills in referencing, citation managers, and avoiding plagiarism.
  • Professional communication with clinicians, research teams, and international collaborators.
  • Time management, project tracking, and documentation practices used in real-world research settings.

Interns who complete the program successfully may receive formal letters of completion, performance feedback, and (where appropriate) acknowledgement opportunities in academic outputs, aligned strictly with authorship and institutional policies.
